BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDERS maintains service workshop in Dubai Workshop is well equipped with all latest tools, reference manuals and supplies needed for maintenance. Every service center has a staff of Customer Engineers for maintenance of Hardware and System Support Engineers for all software problems. The engineers do not only have refresher courses locally but are also sent abroad to training for in depth product knowledge in the form of specialized training's hands on training in error detection, repair, operation and product upgrade.

Machine Down Time:

Recognizing the fact that machine downtime is a serious concern for any organization that already has computers or is beginning to install them; BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDERS endeavors so that 100% functionality is restored within minimum time possible. It targets uptime of CPUs and system Disks within agreed RTO within the city For the more remote sites (i.e. those beyond 100 km radius from the nearest support office) uptime is subject to factors governing viable means of transportation.

Response Time:

Guaranteed response time for intra city is thirty minutes from receipt of call.

Maintenance Rates:

Maintenance rates are subject to the nature of the contract drawn between the customer and BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDERS. To ensure normal and undisrupted work through adequate and prompt availability of supplies, yearly maintenance contracts are formulated both for hardware and software. Rates for the yearly contract are governed on the quantity of the equipment.

Depot Service Maintenance Rates:

Charges are 50% off per call rates. Carriage to and from BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDERS service depot is customer’s responsibility.

Regular Maintenance Contract:

This contract is offered on a yearly basis to customers at a reasonable percentage of the hardware cost. During this period, the engineers are on call during working hours and in special case after office hours.

Training:

BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDERS provides free operational training in the usage of hardware and system software to two persons per work-station. The total duration for this training will not exceed 10 working hour.
